Terms of Work

1. The ideas, concepts and/or prototypes submitted are the participants' original work and have not been submitted to any other competitions
2. Each participant is only allowed to submit 1 work
3. Participants may combine any tools, platform, or software to support their idea. 
4. Ideas and concepts are outlined in the form of digital posters with the conditions stated in the Poster Terms points
5. Ideas, concepts and prototypes are entirely the rights of participants. The committee is not responsible for claims from any party after the participants have joined this competition
6. All forms of fraud or criminal acts such as plagiarism, copyright infringement and the like will cancel the participant's participation and winnings (disqualification).

3. Posters in pdf or jpg format

Submission

1. Participant should have an account in devpost.com

3. Submission only through devpost.com
4. Submission will be closed on November 3rd 2024

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

1. There will be 6 best works that will enter the judging stage

2. Online judging via Zoom

3. Assessment is carried out by a team of judges who have been appointed by the committee

4. The jury team comes from universities and Ministry of Environment and Forestry 

5. Presentation with a duration of 10 minutes + 5 minutes of question and answer with the judges

Winners and contest participants will receive an electronic certificate and prize money coaching with details:

1st Winner: Rp 8,000,000 ($520)

2nd Winner: Rp 7,000,000 ($455)

3rd Winner: Rp 6,000,000 ($390)

1st contender: Rp 4,000,000 ($260)

2nd contender: Rp 3,000,000 ($195)

3rd contender: Rp 2,000,000 ($130)
